Sleeps 10 describes maximum occupancy, not ten separate beds or four private bedrooms. Make sure the actual sleeping arrangement works for your group before choosing a large-family beach rental.
Ten guests, with a transparent bed layout
Paradise Found has three private king bedrooms with doors, an open twin-over-twin bunk area with no door, and a living-room sleeper sofa. Together these spaces accommodate up to 10 guests.
The bunk area is ideal for children who are comfortable in an open sleeping space. The sleeper sofa is in a shared living room, so anyone using it should plan around other guests’ evening and morning routines.
- Three king beds in private bedrooms.
- Two twin bunks in an open area with no door.
- One sleeper sofa in the living room.
- Maximum 10 guests; 2.5 bathrooms.
Capacity is not the same as privacy
Three adult couples can each have a king bedroom, but additional guests share the open bunk area or living room. A group needing four enclosed bedrooms should not treat the bunk area as a substitute.
Discuss who will use each sleeping space and how your group will share 2.5 bathrooms. Honest expectations are more useful than booking a home solely because its occupancy matches your headcount.
Plan a multi-household arrival
There is parking for up to four vehicles, with two spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM.
The private pool, hot tub and indoor living space provide places to gather. Two neighborhood beach areas and three community pools offer additional options. The home has no-pets and no-smoking rules and does not allow parties or events.
